New Twin Study Released Suggests Environment Plays Greater Role in Autism Prevalence than Previously Acknowledged

The National Institute of Mental Health released this statement on Monday.  It was not a surprise to us, but it’s nice to see the research getting some attention on CNN today. Hopefully the appropriate balance of funding from genetic research to environmental research will soon follow.
